How much does all this cost?

We will stage your home at no additional cost to you. This is a complimentary service that we offer to all of our seller clients.

We will first meet with you to evaluate what changes could potentially be made to your home before listing. We then make recommendations and work with you to come with a plan. Once we have a plan in place, we will roll up our sleeves and come in and stage your home!

We will bring in decorating soft decorating items from our inventory like pillows, lamps, artwork, and bedding that we leave with you for the duration of your listing.
